Our Academy Program is designed to support players as they transition from recreation-level programs to competitive soccer at the Under-10 (U10) and Under-12 (U12) age levels. Gender-specific teams are formed through an evaluation process, with players placed on a team with players of similar ability. U10 and U12 teams practice twice a week and play 6v6 and 8v8 small-sided games, respectively. Most games are on Sundays in Greenville and played against teams from across the upstate as well as teams from Atlanta, Mt. Pleasant, and North Carolina that travel to Greenville for matches.

The most important aspect of our Academy Program is training. Technical and tactical training is provided 2 times per week in 1.5 hour sessions by CASA coaches. It is important that the player understand that a commitment to practice must be made as with the correct training much individual progress can be made at this age.

The fall season for our academy teams begins with a pre-season team camp in early August and concludes around Thanksgiving depending on the regular season schedule and any post season tournaments which may vary from team to team. The spring season training begins in mid-January and continues to first week of May.
