Background. Juggling is a fun and easy way to improve your game in many different areas. Your touch on the ball is an important aspect of playing soccer, and if you practice juggling you are going to be more prepared when it comes to game time. It’s a great way for you to learn how the ball reacts to different touches and surfaces. It also can improve your overall performance on the ball. The most important and effective way to achieving your juggling goals is to PRACTICE ON YOUR OWN. Beating your score and challenging yourself is key to improving your game. Juggling a soccer ball with feet, thighs, or head is an excellent soccer specific exercise for both beginners and advanced players alike. It’s a great warm-up or cool down activity and will give you more touches on the ball, which every player needs.
Rules. Your coach or one of your parents must verify your number of juggles. All records must be consecutive, NO BOUNCES. A record of the player’s accomplishments will be kept by Steve Henderson. When reporting your juggles please email Steve Henderson at steve16h@gmail.com and include the following information: your full name, team name, and the exact number of juggles. All records must be reported to Steve Henderson by your parents.
