The CASA Winter Training program is targeted toward preparing players in grades 9-12 for high school soccer tryouts, but are not affiliated with any high school program. Depending on the year, between 10-15 (1.5 hour) training sessions are held. .
The sessions cover speed and agility, plyometric, technical, and tactical training to best prepare a player for their upcoming high school season. Each session is staffed by at least one college coach. These sessions are ideal for the athlete that plays another sport during the fall and needs to get into "soccer condition" as well as the club soccer player looking to refine their technical and tactical skills.
